An inky violet in color, our 2007 Merlot exhibits a nose of plum, dark cherry, and milk chocolate. The chocolate notes continue on the palate, leaning towards mocha and a touch of cedar. Young with firm, ripe tannins and a long, lengthy finish, this wine will continue to mature over the next 5-8 years.
