Aged in French and American Oak barrels, this 100% estate-grown Cabernet Franc has aromas of berries, leather, and mocha. On the palate, it exhibits the spicy flavors typical of this Bordeaux varietal, particularly clove, black pepper, and cinnamon, as well as hints of a fruity earthiness. Its tannins are stiff but well-integrated, and it will mature well for 5-8 years.
