A dry Viognier fermented and matured in neutral French oak for 10 months. Aromas of orange blossom and jasmine with flavors of peach, pineapple and subtle hints of oak. The palette is rich and creamy complimented by good acidity which will enable this wine to be laid down for a further 2 years.
