2007 Chardonnay
Golden yellow, boasting a pineapple nose with hints of honeycomb, vanilla, and toasty oak. Our 2007 vintage offers a lighter, fresher styled Chardonnay that still yields a rich and creamy palate with nuances of green apple, bread, and tropical fruit. Excellent paired with decadent entrees of buttered lobster, monkfish, and creamy pasta with shrimp, this wine should continue to evolve and mature over the next 3-4 years.
